1. Animal Welfare Policy
- We prioritize the safety, health, and well-being of every animal in our care.
- All animals receive medical check-ups, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering services to promote health and prevent overpopulation.
- We strictly prohibit any form of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment of animals.
- Animals are provided with clean shelters, nutritious meals, and regular exercise.
- Our goal is to rehabilitate animals and place them in loving, permanent homes whenever possible.
2. Volunteer Policy
- Volunteers must meet all health and safety requirements before starting their roles.
- All volunteers are required to attend an orientation session and complete any necessary training specific to their role.
- Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive months and serve at least 2–4 hours per week.
- Volunteers are expected to treat all animals, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect and compassion.
- Any concerns or incidents must be reported to the Volunteer Coordinator immediately.
3. Donation Policy
- We accept monetary donations via cryptocurrency and traditional payment methods, as well as in-kind donations like food, medical supplies, and shelter equipment.
- Donors will receive receipts for all contributions and can track the impact of their donations through our donor portal.
- All funds are transparently allocated to programs such as feeding, medical care, rescue, and adoption services.
- We do not share donor information with third parties, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Adoption Policy
- Adopters must complete an application, undergo a home check (where applicable), and agree to a post-adoption follow-up.
- All adopted animals must remain vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and receive proper medical care.
- If an adopter cannot continue to care for an animal, they must notify Donate 2Animals immediately, and the animal must be returned to us.
- Adoption fees, where applicable, are non-refundable and contribute to the ongoing care of animals in need.
5. Emergency Response Policy
- We operate a 24/7 emergency hotline for reporting injured or critically ill animals.
- Our rescue team responds promptly to assess and stabilize animals on-site or transport them to a veterinary facility.
- Emergency care is prioritized based on the severity of the case and available resources.
- Real-time updates are provided to donors supporting emergency cases through our portal.
6. Health and Safety Policy
- All staff and volunteers are required to follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for animals and humans alike.
- Volunteers must provide valid health clearance documentation before starting their roles.
- Proper hygiene practices, including handwashing and use of protective equipment, are mandatory when handling animals.
- Our shelters and facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized to prevent the spread of diseases.
7. Spay/Neuter and Population Control Policy
