Donate 2Animals is a charitable initiative focused on rescuing, feeding, and providing medical care to stray cats and dogs. The Site helps supporters learn about our programs and make donations, including cryptocurrency transfers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a donation or submit forms on the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Donations

All donations are voluntary gifts to support animal welfare programs described on the Site. We strive to allocate funds to feeding, rescue, surgery, and spay/neuter work as presented on each program page.

Cryptocurrency donations are processed on public blockchains. You are responsible for sending the correct asset to the wallet address shown, verifying the network (e.g. ERC20 or TRC20 for USDT), and understanding that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.

Displayed wallet addresses and QR codes are provided in good faith. Always double-check the address on the official Site before sending funds. We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, wrong network selection, phishing, or third-party wallet issues.

5. No financial advice

Information on the Site about cryptocurrency is for general educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site;
